This dialog manages the shape optimization process. In ProTOp this process is considered to be a continuous process that can be either in a running or interrupted state.

To run the optimization process ...

1. Set the operation parameters.

2. Select the additional processes to be run in support of the shape optimization process.

3. Click the Run cycles button.

To pause or terminate the optimization process ...

1. Click the Pause cycles button or select the Abort processing command from the drop-down menu.

NOTE. Aborting the optimization process may leave the active session in an ambiguous state with some of the state data files possibly being damaged. Use this option only if absolutely necessary.
