This dialog provides access to the mesh cleaning procedure which operates in three separate modes:

• removal of tiny or thin elements exhibiting very short edges,
• removal of distorted low-quality elements, and
• removal of kinematically unstable (wobbly) elements.

To clean the mesh ...

1. Click the Analyze button in order to get the mesh quality data.

2. Select one or more of the available cleaning options

• Try remove tiny or thin elements with short edges
• Try remove distorted low-quality elements
• Remove kinematically unstable elements

3. Select the nodes that must not be removed during cleaning operations.

4. Click the Clean button to run the cleaning procedure.

NOTE. All changes done within this dialog become permanent only after exiting the dialog. Before exit, all these changes can be reversed by choosing the Undo all changes command from the Additional menu.
